Paul Powers will once again be offering spring
clinics for Mites 4 to 7 year olds, for Squirts 7 to 10 year old, as well as the popular Buzzer Hockey League for 4 to 7 year olds
this spring and summer.
Under his tutelage the successful Mighty Duck Learn to Skate Program has
helped hundreds of entry level skaters master the basics of proper skating
to the point where they can participate in this popular activity whether it
is in their Local Youth Hockey Program, Figure Skating Program or just
Recreational Skating for their own enjoyment. The confidence installed in these young skaters has proven invaluable to all who have participated in the Mighty Duck Program as they moved on to their chosen activity. After a decade of helping young people overcome their fears, boost their confidence and channel their enthusiasm, coach Paul has added spring & summer clinics for those who wish to continue their progress after their season has ended. In addition to the clinics, coach Paul offers a popular Buzzer Hockey League designed for new hockey players who just want to have fun with the great game of hockey. This program gives excited new hockey players a chance to put their newly acquired skills to the test in a relaxed environment where each player is encouraged to try their new skills in different positions. The Mite & Squirt Clinics will concentrate on the basics of ice hockey with special attention to skating fundamentals, stick handling, shooting and passing. |
